Use a 9-10mm ferrite core. First put a layer isulation tape around it and then wind the primairy on it. Some insulation (nomex?) and then some layers secundairy with more NOMEX between.
Here I place a video link for a video I found on the internet explaining and showing one way to do it : http://rapidshare.com/files/341341154/video.flv.html
2.8Mb size.

Just the isolator I find not so usable.

Depends on what tape. Just simple plastic tape you use for 220V will NOT work. If you should use the special tap mentioned in my posting somewhhere else here on this forum, then it could work. Do not waste e few hours works if you're not sure about the result. I did it, I know. If you spend 2-3 hours working to make a coil that gives up just before testing, you will get a little mad Grin

I'm also wanne make a new T2 in a few weeks, but I'm waiting for a few bobbins to start. Still not sure if I will use wax or epoxy to fix the bobbin in...Epoxy is better, I know.
